Ceramica Cielo Jungle Collection

jungle2.jpgExotic Leather is all the rage.  And since home decor often
follows the fashion runway trends it’s no surprise that 
designers are very excited about the Jungle Collection from
Italian Fixture manufacturer Ceramica Cielo.

The available finishes are Monty – python skin
Dundee -brown and green crocodile skin
Deep Dundee – off-white crocodile

The sinks are finished both inside and out while the toilets are only patterned on the outside and lid.

I really like the white crocodile.  It’s a great way to add an exotic feel without going overboard.

LG Asthma & Allergy Friendly Washing Machine

steamwasher.jpgLG Electronics has launched the first washing machine proven to reduce allergens. The laundry cycle, called Allergiene, is a new feature on the LG SteamWasher.

LG’s allergen-reduction cycle reduces allergens, including common triggers such as dust mites and pet dander, on fabrics by more than 95%. It is the first washing machine to be certified asthma and allergy friendly by the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA), an independent non-profit foundation that helps consumers and patients with asthma and allergic diseases.

This new application of LG’s TrueSteam technology will provide relief to the 20% of Americans who have chronic conditions and work continuously to keep common household allergens at bay.

The SteamWasher’s large capacity makes it ideal for large items such as comforters, rugs, curtains and dog beds.

Many people are already aware of LG Electronics’ SteamDryer.  Together, this pair offers unmatched functionality in freshening clothes without any wear and tear.

Is that a BMW in your kitchen?

Night Sink

The Night Sink from Cagliati…Cogliati is made from 10mm thick tempered glass set on a stainless steel pedestal.   The inner block, which is removable, comes in either 4mm colored glass or stone.

The free-standing floor mixer makes it possible to place the sink anywhere in the bathroom for a bold artistic statement.
