Air King Valencia wall-mounted range hoods in 30 and 36 inch widths are being recalled due to insufficient wall anchors.
Air King Limited is voluntarily recalling 8,240 VAL series and ESVAL series chimney range hoods manufactured in the United States from 2009 to 2018. These units were sold in the US and Canada in stores and online from 2009 to 2018. Hoods installed with the supplied wall anchors and not secured to a wall stud may pull away from the wall.

Hoods with push button, rocker switch or electronic controls are NOT made by Air King and are NOT part of this recall.
