The LG Styler is designed to refresh clothes without detergents, while reducing wrinkles, removing odors, and sanitizing garments.

LG Styler is ideal for items that are delicate, cumbersome or otherwise less-than-ideal to tumble in your dryer.

Allergens

The Sanitary cycle powered by TrueSteam helps to reduce household allergens and dust mites for family members who have allergies and sensitive skin.

Gentle Dry

If you own a lot of garments that you drip dry and are tired of seeing them hang from every possible ledge, you’ll appreciate the Gentle Dry setting. The Styler’s low temperature drying system dries clothing and delicates much faster than air drying.

Dewrinkle

The “Refresh” setting, available in Light, Normal and Heavy, enlists steam to remove wrinkles and you can stick a dryer sheet in the built-in “aroma” compartment to help mask odors.

The unit comes with special hangers that fit in notches on the clothes rod that is designed to shake. Moving Hanger Action gently shakes steamed items to remove everyday wrinkles.

Special Care

The Easy Pants Crease Care feature is capable of refreshing and creasing a pair of dress pants in just thirty minutes. Night Care is an extra heavy sanitizing setting. It runs the Sanitary Heavy cycle and then dries periodically every hour for an additional eight hours. The Air Fresh cycle gently removes moisture and dust from fur, leather, and silk without damage.

The LG Styler is rated for 120V, 12.5 Amps so it can plug in almost anywhere. This can be especially handy if your laundry room is on the other side of the house.

The water for the steam is held in a reservoir so no plumbing is needed. A separate reservoir catches the steam as it cools and will require emptying.

The unit is 17 ½” X 72 3/4” x 23” and requires 2″ clearance on the sides so it can’t be built-in like an integral refrigerator.

Smart Diagnosis alerts users via NFC when the unit requires maintenance or repair. With NFC Tag-On, owners can install a free app and download customized cycles specific to a garment type and program the Styler with your phone.

A larger commercial unit will be available the latter half of 2016.

LG Signature

Before Design and Construction Week in Las Vegas, LG Electronics (LG) decided to launch it’s new premier lineup at CES 2016. The new high-end products from LG will be a differentiated brand, featuring innovations unique to LG SIGNATURE.

The LG SIGNATURE lineup is a curated collection initially consisting of a television, refrigerator, washing machines and air purifier, with plans for a dishwasher and an oven down the line.

“By drawing on the best of LG’s incredible technology and design innovation, the LG SIGNATURE brand will open up new opportunities for high-end appliances and consumer electronics,” – Brian Na, executive vice president and LG’s global marketing officer.

Recently, LG received a total of 28 awards at the iF Design Award 2016 setting the record for a Korean company.

Two appliances from LG took home prestigious iF Gold Awards 2016 – the LG SIGNATURE refrigerator and LG SIGNATURE washing machine.

The LG SIGNATURE refrigerator brings a number of innovations to refrigerator design, including the addition of a new sleek secret Door-in-Door compartment.

The refrigerator also features a Knock-on feature which makes the black opaque door transparent with two quick “knocks”.

The new Auto Door Open feature automatically opens on its own if you approach with an armful of groceries. Step into the sensor underneath, and you now have hands-free access to your fridge. Supposedly, the sensor will even tell the difference between people and pets.

The LG Signature Refrigerator has a stainless interior which aids in more effective cold air retention and the shelves are lit with impressive LED lighting.

The external ice dispenser has an LED display that remains off when not in use for a cleaner look. And if you open the lower freezer door past a certain point the freezer tray will automatically slide out.

The LG SIGNATURE washing machine is an advanced version of the LG TWIN Wash introduced last year.

The Signature washing machine boasts the first ever controls built right into the glass, and a push-to-open feature so you can open the door even if your hands are full.

The 7″ Quick Circle User Interface (ui) is embedded in the glass door at a 17-degree angle making it convenient to see when standing.
