Behr Paint 2024 Color of the Year Cracked Pepper

Behr Paint Company announces Cracked Pepper as its 2024 Color of the Year.  Behr calls Cracked Pepper a “timeless and modern hue that awakens the senses and exudes confidence on every scale.”

While Cracked Pepper is literally at the opposite end of the spectrum as its 2023 color of the year, a warm white called Blank Canvas, the reveal is in line with a collective embrace of moodier, darker colors. A recent report from the real estate company Zillow found that prospective homebuyers were willing to pay more for homes with dark gray or black interiors. First Color of the Year for 2023 Vining Ivy

PPG and Glidden are kicking off the  2023 Color of the Year  (COTY) choices with Vining Ivy – a deeply saturated, jewel-toned green with cool turquoise undertones that conveys a sense of adaptability.

Vining Ivy reflects the continued global dominance of green around the world. It is the second consecutive year that PPG selected a shade of green and the third in the past six years.

First Color of the Year for 2022

It’s time to celebrate the first Color of the Year for 2022  – a vibrant, encouraging green from PPG called Olive Sprig (PPG1125-4).
