If any color could paint a smile on your face, it’s True Joy, AkzoNobel’s Color of the Year for 2025. True Joy is an uplifting, sunny yellow shade that will fill your home with creative energy, optimism and pride.
True Joy is much more vivid than the muted colors selected by AkzoNobel in years past. I’m a little surprised at the selection considering Wild Wonder was the hero color for 2023.

Here’s a serious appliance recall from Wolf Appliances. If you purchased a 36″ 48″ or 60″ dual fuel Wolf Range with infrared griddle between August 2020 through September 2024, this recall affects you.
About 45,000 Ranges are being recalled in the US and Canada due to a potential short-circuit that can occur when liquids are spilled ( such as a boiled-over pot) unexpectedly turning on the griddle posing a fire hazard.
Behr Paint has unveiled its 2025 Color of the Year, Rumors MQ1-15 , a deep ruby red that adds warmth and elegance both in and outside the home. Looking back, it’s close to Epoch, Graham & Brown COTY 2021, in intensity but warmer in hue. Rumors has an elegant, muted presence that surprisingly yields a balance of vibrancy and subtleness.

According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission 7 pet deaths have been linked to a safety issue with certain Samsung Slide-in ranges.
